Licence to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes in line with your subscription or agreement with us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Services except as expressly permitted by law.
Acceptable use

- Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

User content

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount where permitted by law).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brokerwise CRM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or other legitimate reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Brokerwise CRM primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.
